It depends what the t-shirt will be used for (band tshirt or fashion) and the amount of colours. Finally, the material itself (if there are colours on it and where the seams are) and the SIZE of the image logo etc. Let’s say you have opted for a black or white, cotton tshirt and you just want the chest done. Okay simple.. the easiest and cheapest colour is a white tshirt (okay strictly a shade). If you are opting for a monochrome print I’d go with screen printing. It just looks clearer and nicer. DTG is arguably the cheapest, but let’s say quality does matter. You can go with Vinyl transfer which is VERY quick and in quantity cheap. Embroidery isn’t a PRINT as such, but usually makes a nice embossing. I say if you go with polo shirts – embroidery is best.
